A user shall apply for wastewater discharge permit renewal a minimum of sixty days prior to the expiration of the user's existing permit. The application for renewal shall comply with the requirements of Section 19-4-4 and such other requirements as may be imposed by the director. Any changes or new conditions in the renewed permit imposed by the director shall include a reasonable time schedule for compliance. (Ord. No. 1271, § 1 (part).)
