(a) Closure of Walkway. The walkway between Cottonwood Street and Ashley Street shall be closed to the public between dusk and dawn daily. This closure shall be effective upon the posting of appropriate signage informing the public thereof.
(b) Violation--Penalty. Any violation of this section shall constitute an infraction, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed fifty dollars for a first violation, one hundred dollars for a second violation within one year, and two hundred fifty dollars for each additional violation within one year.
