Within ten business days following the fire chief’s, or the authorized representative’s decision, the property owner, lessee, occupant or the person having charge or control of the property shall be served with a copy of the written order of the director of development services, the fire chief, or the authorized representative by certified mail addressed to the owner at the last known address of said owner. If there is no known address for the owner, the notice shall be sent to the property address or by posting such on a conspicuous place on the land specified. (Ord. No. 1341, (part).)
