(a) Notwithstanding the provisions of this article, the city shall not be prevented from taking any other civil or criminal action to abate the acts constituting a violation of this article.
(b) Notwithstanding the provisions of this article, the city shall retain the option to utilize any other legal remedies for recovery of costs of the special security assignment. (Ord. No. 1476, § 3 (part).)
