(a) The administrative citation and all notices to be given by this article shall be served on the responsible person in accordance with the provisions of this article and Section 14A-7-4 of this article, where applicable.
(b) Failure to receive actual notice specified in this article does not affect the validity of proceedings conducted hereunder. (Ord. No. 1443, § 3 (part).)
