It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to make any unauthorized connection, whether physically, acoustically, inductively, electronically or otherwise, with any part of a franchised cable communications system within the city for the purpose of taking or receiving television signals, radio signals, pictures, programs, sound or electronic impulses of any kind for the purpose of enabling himself or others to receive any such television signal, radio signal, picture, program, sound or electronic impulses.
