This chapter incorporates and adopts the privacy protections of Section 631 of the Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984. Any violation of the terms thereof shall be deemed a failure of grantee to comply with a material requirement of this chapter subject to the provisions of Section 8A.090 of this chapter. (Ord.
