(a) The performance of grantee's cable television system shall meet or exceed the technical standards as set forth in Section 76.605 or any successor section of the Federal Communication Commission's rules, regulations or guidelines as those standards may exist from time to time. The city shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of Section 76.605 or any successor section so long as it remains the policy of the FCC that it will not enforce the provisions of such section.
(b) Grantee shall conduct performance tests in accordance with the requirements of Section 76.601 or any successor section of the Federal Communication Commission's rules, regulations or guidelines, as those requirements may apply or be amended from time to time. (Ord. No. 1097, § 1 (part).)
