Upon revocation of the permit the permit holder shall have fourteen calendar days in which to remove from the city or otherwise dispose of the animals kept pursuant to the permit or to appeal the decision of the zoning administrator. Should the owner fail to take such action, the zoning administrator shall have the authority to seize the animal and dispose of it in a manner provided by law. (Ord. No. 1323, (part).)
