A motion to reconsider or further discuss an item of business previously addressed or acted upon by the council may be made either during the same meeting or at a recessed or adjourned meeting. If the item to be reconsidered was acted upon by a vote of the council, the motion to reconsider may be made only by a council member who voted with the prevailing side. This does not prevent a council member from making or remaking the same or any other motion at a subsequent meeting of the council. (Ord. No. 935, § 2 (part); Ord. No. 1317, § 2 (part).)
