Because the City storm drain system does not have the capacity to handle large storms, we will continue to experience localized street flooding during periods of intense rainfall. You can assist by keeping off the streets when they are flooded, keeping gutters free of yard clippings and leaves, and clearing catch basin grates in front of your homes.
