The City of Woodland has over 160 acres of parks and recreation areas and one swimming pool, which are used by over 45,000 park users each year! We also operate a 22-acre full service historical cemetery.

All park restrooms open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily.


 
RESERVATIONS
All park facilities (picnic areas) are available to the public on a first-come-first-serve-basis year round. Permits (reservations) may be obtained for reservable areas to guarantee the availability of a picnic area.

Bounce Houses are not allowed without a permit.

Parks are reservable March 1-October 30, no reservations taken November 1-Feburary 28. Reservations taken for Saturdays & Sundays only. Monday-Friday first-come-first-served, except for School use, Company Events, Weddings, Political Gatherings or any gathering that would otherwise require department approval or special permits. For availability, contact the Parks & Recreation Office at (530) 661-2000.

Apply for a permit at the Parks & Recreation Office, 2001 East Street, Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Reservation are taken in person only.
