| | Stingray - Level 4 - Stroke Improvement

This Stingray level emphasizes rotary breathing and stroke improvement and an introduction to Breaststroke, Elementary Backstroke and the Butterfly. Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards using both Front and Back-crawl strokes, Elementary Backstroke, Breaststroke, and 1-minute of treading water to move to Shark.
Prerequisite skills to enter STINGRAY Front crawl and rhythmic breathing 15 yards Back Crawl 15 yards Maintain body position by treading or floating for 30 seconds
Goals and skills for STINGRAY Further technique improvement on Front & Back crawl Breaststroke, Butterfly, and Elementary BackstrokeSchedule and Registration Codes
