Water Exercise & Lap Swim



All Water Aerobics & Lap Swim programs are held at the Charles Brooks Swim Center

Water Exercise Classes

Classes are led by an instructor and most equipment is provided. Classes are taught either in the shallow portion of the pool or in the deep end. Participants may use buoyancy belts.   
                 

Lap Swim

Participants may swim laps, water walk, or exercise at their own pace while being monitored by a certified lifeguard. Some equipment is available.

Fees

Fees are paid at the Charles Brooks Swim Center during scheduled class time
Per Visit $4.00 - please bring exact amount
Passes 10-visit pass $30     20-visit pass $50  (no expiration date)
Monthly $40 per calendar month (for unlimited visits)
