 Downtown Theater Project RFP:
The Redevelopment Agency has solicited proposal for a downtown multiplex theater project. The goal is to enlive Woodland's Historic Downtown District, create a entertainment and retail destination center. The RFP can be viewed by clicking here.
Downtown Historic Plaza:
The Redevelopment Agency is working on a project to design and develop a new outdoor courtyard behind retail businesses along Main Street. Staff is soliciting proposals from outside consultants to help design the project and analyze the financial feasibility of such a development. A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is being sent to interested firms and can be viewed in its entirety by clicking here. This project has been identified as a priority project by the community for many years and is discussed in the Downtown Specific Plan, the General Plan, and the Redevelopment Plan.
