Business Registration (Licenses)
The Community Development Department is responsible for the issuance and renewal of business registration for the City of Woodland.  

To apply for a new business registration or business registration renewal, download the application below & return it with payment, or apply in-person at the Community Development Department, City Hall, 300 First Street between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  If you have questions regarding obtaining a business registration, please call our office at (530)661-5820.

Effective January 1, 2013, the State of California is mandating what the City of Woodland include specific ADA information on our Business License forms.  The State is also requiring that Cities collect an additional $1.00 fee.

Under federal and state law, compliance with disability access laws is a serious and significant responsibility that applies to all California building owners and tenants with buildings open to the public.
