The Community Development Department prepares a Project Status Report that highlights major development projects and programs for the Department’s Planning, Redevelopment, Engineering, and Building Inspection divisions.  The report also provides a brief description and the status of each project/program.  The project status report was previously prepared on a monthly basis, however, beginning July 2011 the Department will be preparing a Quarterly report instead.  In addition, a one page Milestone Report will be prepared for those months where the Quarterly report is not provided.
