Action Plan Purpose and Vision

City of Woodland's Economic Development Action Plan focuses on specific actions that are under the control of the city government and that provide the engine to stimulate private business and industry retention and development.  These actions implement the Economic Development Strategic Plan endorsed by the Woodland City Council.
