What is the Traffic Safety Commission?
The Traffic Safety Commission consists of five members along with staff support from the Community Development Department and the Police Department. The terms span four (4) years. The Commission advises and makes recommendations to the City Council on all traffic, circulation, and traffic safety matters within the sphere of influence of the City as defined by the City's General Plan.
How do I get a speaker from the Traffic Safety Commission to talk at my group meeting?
A representative of a board, commission or committee will be happy to attend any group meeting to discuss the opportunities for residents to volunteer for this type of community service. Please contact the City Clerk to request a speaker for a group meeting.
