While officers were responding to the scene a second call was made to dispatch stating that Fierro Jr. was armed with a knife and fighting with his stepfather in front of the residence also.
Officers arrived on scene and began administering first aid to the injured victims’ stab wounds while awaiting the arrival of medical personnel. Officers learned from witnesses that Fierro Jr. had fled back into 1443 Edwards Circle prior to their arrival. Medical personnel arrived and transported the female and male victims via ambulance to the hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries. A perimeter was established around 1443 Edwards Circle by Woodland Police Officers with the assistance of Yolo County Sheriff Deputies.
