On Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at approximately 7:00 am, Woodland police officers were dispatched to a residence in the 1400 block of Crystal Springs Drive for a report of arson to a garage.  It was determined that in the evening hours of 02/18/13 or the early morning hours 02/19/13 an incendiary device had been placed in the garage.  The device completely burned a car inside the garage and caused moderate damage to the garage itself.  No suspects are in custody at this time.
