On 12-20-2012 at approx. 10:20 p.m. an attempted robbery occurred at Hollywood Market, 1321 College St. It was reported that two armed subjects wearing dark clothing and ski masks covering their faces threatened the store owner and demanded money. Both subjects were reported to have handguns. The owner armed himself with a metal pipe and refused to give them any money.
The masked robbers left on foot. Officers of the Woodland Police Department responded and searched the area but the suspects were not located. Anyone with information regarding this incident is encouraged to call the Woodland Police Department at 530-661-7800.
