On 10/27/2012 at approximately 4:31 p.m. Officers of the Woodland Police Department were dispatched to a fight in the area of Verde Place and Coral Drive. Woodland police officers arrived within a few minutes and found that the fight had subsided.
Officers found two males and a female in the area. One of the males had struck the other male's head with a chair. Steven Anchondo, a 46 year old male Woodland resident , was bleeding from a small laceration to his head. He was treated and released at the scene for a non life-threatening injury. Officers arrested Randall Goodermote, a 47 year old male Woodland resident, for assault with a deadly weapon. Officers also arrested Leah Anchondo, a 38 year old female Woodland resident, for possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute it.
Goodermote's bail was set at $25,000.00. Anchondo's bail was set at $20,000.00.
