    Teen volunteers are available to help elementary school students with their homework every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon! Students meet in the front main area of the library. Basic school supplies and a light snack are available. Homework Help is free and is first come, first served. Volunteers do not show up during winter and spring breaks.

  3. 4th Annual Teen Halloween Party

    October 26, 2018, 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM @ Woodland Public Library

    Teens, 7th-12th grade, are invited to the library's 4th Annual Teen Halloween Party! Tickets are required for entry and can be picked up from the library's front desk from October 1st to October 25th or until supplies last. Parents can pick up 4 tickets maximum and teens can pick up 2 tickets maximum (one for them and one for a friend). The library will be transformed into a Haunted House, where teens can play laser tag, do the zombie dance to DJ Joaquin, eat spooky snacks and enter our Costume Contest for a chance to win prizes! This event is for teens only, parents must drop off teens at the downstairs entrance of the library. There are no in and out privileges to the party.

  4. Pharmaceutical Take-Back Event

    October 27, 2018, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM @ Woodland Police Department

    Drop-off unused or expired medications at this free event for Woodland residents. Accepted Items: prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, medicated ointments and lotions, vitamins, and inhalers. Items Not Accepted: needles and syringes, aerosol cans, thermometers, other household hazardous waste items.
