What is considered a code violation?

There are numerous items that can be a violation of the City Municipal Code. The most common are: 

  • Graffiti on private property
  • Illegal encroachments
  • Illegal residential vehicle parking
  • Inoperable vehicles
  • Rubbish / junk / debris
  • Tall dry grass / weeds
  • Unpermitted structures
