Applicant is proposing their project to be located at 1230 Harter Avenue in the City of Woodland in suite F within the proposed building. Applicate is proposing to use the facility for type 7 medical and adult volatile commercial cannabis manufacturing.
Property is zoned as M1 in the City of Woodland with an immediate access to I-5 freeway. The project itself occupies 8,600 sqft of warehouse space and 1,455 sqft of office space as a portion of a 42,241 total sqft of an industrial/manufacturing building. The boundaries of the property are greater than 600 feet from any K-12 school, commercial daycare center and youth center, and are greater than 600 feet of any residences of libraries on a neighboring property.
The existing facility needs only minor modifications. The facility currently has commercial glass doors that were previously installed in place of a roll-up door. Applicant will be installing a rollup door for secure intake and output, installing an exhaust and filtration system for the manufacturing room, building cool storage area and secured solvents storage area and a security system. Applicant is having a C1D1 explosion-proof container engineered and installed in the facility. The facility will be fully compliant with the Local and State requirements.
