On March 1, 2018, the Planning Commission approved a proposed 14 unit, residential infill development project located at the northeast corner of 447-451 Third Street. The site is located in Area D, a "Mixed Use District," of the Downtown Specific Plan Area.
The residential units are planned as “for-sale,” market rate units. Each unit will have a single car garage on the lower level (first floor); with levels 2 and 3 consisting of residential living space. The request included a 14-lot Tentative Subdivision Map to allow for individual ownership of each unit. The project is currently under construction and is anticipated to be completed by Spring 2020.
